Hospitality Management

This course covers the growth and progress of the hospitality industry. Topics include tourism, lodging, resorts, gaming, restaurants, foodservice and clubs. Quality Management

The course introduces the student to the principles, philosophies, and practices of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the techniques of Statistical Quality Control, including fundamentals of probability and statistics, control charts for variables and attributes, and acceptance sampling
